How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly through your Killstar account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and intimates cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
