We want you to be totally obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic charms, tags, and accessories are included.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
